8 Tips to Work at Home

1. Get a good night of sleep and get ready to start a new day!
2. Avoid working from your bed, because will make you drowsy and can lead you to fall sleep again, better set a special space or room to be your office.
3. Set and maintain a Schedule as if you where working for a company and use your time wisely to do your business calls and appointments.
4. Avoid Distractions, like radio talk shows, tv, facebook friends and get a babysitter for your kids if possible.
5.Take your brake or lunch away from your desk, exercise or go for a walk to refresh your mind.
6.When you finish your work day, try to leave your work away from your family time.
7. Reward yourself whenever you do a progress in your business, this will encourage you to keep going.
8. Repeat the process!
